Old Newspaper Collection today. Din noe Jaime, Li Si and Chen Si weren't going le, so i happily went to sign up last minute when Cai lin already took down the piece of paper. And in the end i was the only one la. Wadz new? Siu Fen apparently signed up, but din turn up. As i expected. So ya, the pt is... i was alone. I had Jia Fen and Yuan Ping in my grp la (My 4 yrs HCL classmates) but not close mah. But i worried too much. I had a sense of Deja Vu when everyone in my grp knows me, but i dunno most of them. It's always like that. But as i said, it's easier for the 100+++ members to know the 12 Board of Directors members than it is for us to know them all. RITE?

WE had a couple in our grp, was sweet at first, then got pretty irritating later. The girl's from Sports Class... the guy's from JiaFen's class, ex-CCHS one. But my grp was a nice bunch la. And this other Ngee Ann girl, Lisa teamed up with me. She's really quite nice and cute. =) We took 1/2 hr to try and find our FIRST block. haha... 842E i tink. We walked in circles for like forever... and walking in those blue and yellow blocks of flats, i was distinctly reminded of Pai Sheng (Sorry abt the spelling... is it correct?). Remember he stays nearby. Haha. turns out he wasn home. Aww... well, but no suprise. My life has always been like that mah... things never go the way i hope/expect/want all along anyway. so OH WELL.

Midway thru Shu Yi msged me calling for help. So i tried to get help for her... but apparently everyone's busy. So i left halfway the collection and drag my totally drained self to church (hey, no joke ok, me and Lisa did 1 whole block of flats[adding all the storeys we did] carrying all those papers!) Look at me, do i look like someone strong? haha. but it was an interesting experience, afterall the other time Newspaper Collection i was college HQ. But that time was more tired... cuz ended up doing MUCH MORE than 1 block of flats at the recycling place+ all the unloading of lorries+ running away from that TJC resident cat that keep irritating me.

But i was tired enuf anyway... and i sat down and tried to help Shu Yi... and geez, without page maker its so hard. And Xiaomei Laoshi had went for a wedding, so no help there... kinda sad, but we managed in the end, struggling.... with alot of uncle Wah Tuck's help. YF ended super late today cuz was grp prayer... my grp prayed for abt 1/2 hr after YF ended?

姐 said she'll TRY and wait for me when i asked her if she could... haha, and in the end she did. She always like that wan. She really cares, but just doesn 挂在嘴边. On the way home, she was saying she will never understand wad style is abt... and she told me the new engineering girls are very very pretty, unlike the old batch (her batch). Not as pretty as the business-admin or arts girls, but still quite pretty le, she said. Even XiaoMei laoshi kinda laughed at her saying she muz be super rich, saving her money from clothes. haha... actually, you know wad? I don care if 姐's bag and shoes don match, i don care that she tinks jeans matches everything (now my point is it doesn!) , i also don care that she will never understand wad style or shopping or making up is... she's one of the sweetest nicest person i've met. The best 姐。And she always will be, whether she gets it abt style or not.

Geez. The phone. wait.

OUCH! I just rushed out to answer the phone and i pulled my ear stud and OUCH.
just FYI, the phonecall was from 浩昌。
